LPC Supervision

Trauma-informed, ethically grounded supervision for the next generation of counselors.

I'm Toni McKinley, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor dedicated to helping counselors develop the skills and resilience they need to make a difference.

Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor (LPC-S) · TBRI Practitioner · Trained in DBT, Motivational Interviewing & EMDR · 10+ Years Working With Trauma Survivors

With a unique perspective shaped by my personal experiences and years of advocating for trauma survivors, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to supervision. My background includes working intensively with survivors of trafficking, focusing on ethical decision-making and self-reflection in the counseling journey.

As your LPC Supervisor, my goal is to guide you in a supportive, self-reflective, and ethically grounded environment. Together, we'll work on building the skills necessary to navigate complex cases, develop effective trauma-informed practices, and strengthen your confidence as a counselor.

Whether you're new to the field or looking to deepen your expertise, I am here to help you thrive.
